You have the possibility from:
- To achieve an exchange.
- Return an order for a refund. (EXCLUDING PROMOTIONS)
Return conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. Your request is made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
2. The item is in its original condition and has not been washed. All tags attached.
3. The item has never been worn - with the exception of the fitting.
If you don't know if your habit suitable for an exchange, if the 14 day period has passed or it is a discounted item, simply contact us at hello@kalocollection.fr
Please note :
Kalocollection reserves the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet the above conditions.
If the returned item has been washed, stained (makeup, deodorant stains, sweat marks, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return of this item.
Please understand that we cannot accept these items as we will not be able to relist them.

As a small business we do not offer free returns at this time, you are responsible for return postage.
